Nenmara Vallangi Vela

Known as one of Kerala's most spectacular festivals, it features massive, competitive fireworks, caparisoned elephants, traditional melam, and decorated pandals.

Significance: A post-harvest festival marking the birthday of the temple deity, celebrating a friendly rivalry between the villages of Nenmara and Vallangi.
