The EventBuzzer platform, including its design, logo, and code, is the intellectual property of EventBuzzer. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your event information on our platform.

Content Removal & Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. This includes events with inaccurate information, offensive content, or spam.

Limitation of Liability

EventBuzzer is a platform for discovering and sharing community events. We do not organize, endorse, or guarantee any events listed on our platform. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from attendance at or reliance on events listed on EventBuzzer.

Disclaimer

EventBuzzer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event information posted by users.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of EventBuzzer after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
